California Pak products are designed and built to the highest standards of workmanship with the finest materials available and carry a 3 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. California Pak will repair or replace defective products during the three year warranty period. Any warranty request will be handled via online only. There will be certain requirements, such as the original receipt, warranty tag along with a fee to cover (backpack, shopping trolley, tote, duffle: $9.95, rolling backpack & duffle: $14.95, Luggage: $24.95) the service charge. The product must be returned to California Pak with shipping pre-paid in order to be repaired or replaced. Please make sure to follow the instruction on the website. The policy could change without notice. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric fading or damage due to improper use. This warranty only applies in the Continental U.S.

Our product guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear, or damage to the goods caused by airlines, hotels or other common carriers. Should damage occur while in the care of a third party, it is your responsibility to file a claim immediately in order for the damage to be reviewed by the carrier. California Pak warranty policy covers claims resulting from manufacturer defect only.
